Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement material strategies to achieve program objectives
- Manage cost and schedule lead times to ensure program success
- Identify and mitigate program risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in material management, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of material planning principles and supply chain best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience on programs with EVMS requirements
- MS Project Knowledge
- Deltek Costpoint and Cobra Knowledge
- Prior experience with formal IBRs
- Active security clearance
Millennium Space Systems offers a competitive salary range of $93,500 - $137,500 for Level 3 and $115,600 - $170,000 for Level 4, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan.
