About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Kaizen Specialist to join our team in Jackson, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Apply Kaizen principles to drive process improvements and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement Standard Work procedures
  • Analyze data to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Kaizen, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of TPS philosophy and problem-solving techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
