Salary
The annual salary target for this position is $120,000-$160,000, depending on education, experience, and skill set. Job Description
This role involves working closely with leaders to manage cases from start to finish, collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and research, and preparing reports that support conclusions reached. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and mentoring to staff, manage assignment budgets and profitability, and take a lead role in managing engagements and client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must possess strong project management and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required, along with 6 years of experience in public accounting or a related field, including 3 years of supervisory experience. Professional licenses or credentials, such as ASA or CFA, are also preferred.
