Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Fleming County Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.

Requirements

• Valid Kentucky RN License or compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire date
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months of hire date
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within six months of hire date
