Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Fixed Income Client Portfolio and Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fixed Income Product Team, you will be responsible for representing our index fixed income mutual funds and ETFs to clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with our investment team to develop and implement investment strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Vanguard's fixed income product line to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with our investment team to ensure the health, quality, and completeness of our product line
  • Provide investment support and guidance to relationship management and sales teams
  • Participate in meetings with Vanguard's largest and most strategic clients
  • Act as a Vanguard ambassador through media interviews and industry events
  • Lead analyses of investment product issues and develop strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain key internal partner relationships across the organization
  • Drive the creation of dynamic content and technical marketing to position Vanguard investment products
  • Manage product pricing and strategy
Requirements
  • 10 years of related work experience, including 5 years of demonstrated experience in product management and investment analysis/strategy
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)
  • Familiarity with modern quantitative finance and portfolio construction preferred
  • CFA preferred
  • Graduate degree preferred
