Job Summary:
AMN Healthcare is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in Kearney, Nebraska. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Nebraska
- 2+ years of ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
