Responsibilities- Provide quality care to patients and residents in post-acute care facilities
- Collaborate with medical staff and residents to create personalized care plans
- Deliver treatments and administer medications as prescribed
- Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educate residents and family members about best care options
- Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
- Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Draw fluids for lab analysis and train and supervise nurses and support staff
- Document medical interventions and histories accurately
- Participate in incident investigations and provide support to staff
- Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $42-$68
