Job Summary

We are seeking a seasonal sales associate to join our team in California. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for promoting our culture, values, and mission by engaging and connecting with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.

Responsibilities

This position entails:

  • Engaging and connecting with customers to create an amazing shopping experience
  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals by executing our selling strategy
  • Sharing product knowledge with customers to maximize sales
  • Assisting with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following requirements:

  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
  • Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 pounds, as needed
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $16.00 - 16.50 per hour. In addition to your hourly wage, Aeropostale offers a comprehensive benefits package, including overtime pay, flexible work schedule, and a generous employee discount program.
