Job Summary:

DISH is seeking a skilled AEM Content Author to join our Product Marketing Operations team. This role is instrumental in developing a sophisticated digital marketplace for our retail wireless brands. As an AEM Content Author, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and publishing web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager for our eCommerce websites and customer apps.

Key Responsibilities:

Create web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based on designs and wireframes
Work in a cross-channel environment publishing content for desktop/laptop and mobile devices
Work with the creative team to help manage copy and creative assets via DAM (Digital Asset Manager)
Evaluate and test standardization and quality of page components
Ensure professional-quality content for customer and vendor portals, responsive websites, mobile apps, marketing pages, and other cross-channel websites
Collaborate and partner with copywriters and the broader marketing team to ensure a consistent tone of voice and messaging for customers
Edit a variety of digital content as needed, including marketing pages, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content admin/content author
Strong organization, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences
Very adaptable, and able to handle multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, result-driven, time-critical environment
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
Prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website(s)
Experience with Adobe CMS content authoring, wireframes, and design/prototyping software
Past wireless and/or digital marketing/eCommerce experience a plus
