We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide in-home support to adults with disabilities. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one care and support to adults with disabilities in their homes
- Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene
- Transport clients to appointments, outings, and activities in the community
- Support clients with living skills, such as household budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Redirect agitated or aggressive behaviors and provide guidance on developmental goals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful clearance of background checks
- Reliable and responsible attitude, with a compassionate approach and commitment to quality
- Competitive hourly rate of $15
- Full, part-time, and as-needed schedules available
- Full compensation and benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week
