  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and components to identify potential issues and prevent safety hazards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Complete service tickets and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Tech24's high standards for safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Standard computer skills and ability to navigate company software.
  • Industry-standard hand tools and ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and crawl in tight spaces.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new techniques and approaches.
  • Universal EPA certification highly preferred.
