Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Attendant to join our team at Cabot Citrus Farms. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a High-Level of Customer Service: Greet all guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and anticipating their needs.
  • Cart Management: Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot, maintaining the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Golf Cart Preparation: Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Cabot Citrus Farms.
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with their golf clubs, set them up on a golf cart or pushcart, provide a medical cart when required, and provide club storage services as requested.
  • Information and Direction: Provide information and direction to guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Customer Service Skills: Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, positive, authentic, engaging, and high-energy.
  • Excellent Grooming: Excellent grooming and personal appearance standards.
Working Conditions:
  • Varying Environmental Conditions: Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and wind.
  • Physical Demands: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects.
