EH&S Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EH&S Specialist to lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives at HEXPOL Holdings Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in environmental regulations, safety protocols, and compliance management.

• Environmental Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including ISO 14001 and HEXPOL's Management System.
• Safety Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of safety programs to promote a safe working environment.
• Regulatory Affairs: Communicate with regulatory agencies and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Training and Development: Provide training to associates on environmental, health, and safety topics, including new hire safety orientation and monthly EH&S related topics.
• Travel: Travel may be required up to 25% of the time to support business needs.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Emergency Management, or related field desired.
• Experience: Five years of environmental, health, and safety experience in an industrial company; two years of experience working with EPA regulations.
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong computer/systems skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); solid organizational and prioritization skills.
