Lead Registered Nurse

As a Lead Registered Nurse at Restore Hyper Wellness, you will play a vital role in developing and leading a team of Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business results. This is a unique opportunity to combine your nursing expertise with business acumen to drive growth and success in a preventative health setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections, educating clients on the benefits of our services.
- Facilitate Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions and utilize blood test offerings to optimize client wellness.
- Manage medical supply inventory and ordering processes, promoting memberships and medical services based on client needs.
- Document client visits via electronic medical records (EMR) and communicate with the Area Nurse Manager on any issues or adverse effects.
- Participate in community outreach, off-site events, and special projects, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, using proactive communication to understand client needs and develop individualized wellness care plans.
- Interview and train new nurses, create schedules, and perform monthly chart audits, disseminating policy updates and acting as a liaison between the corporate team and nurses.
- Evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality skill levels and best practices, taking inventory and ordering medical supplies as needed.
- Valid unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Eligibility to work in the US for any employer.
- Availability to work during all store operating hours, including weekends.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar) preferred.
- Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and patient charting with EMR systems.
- Experience in business, sales, and/or management is a plus.
