We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Facilities Manager at the Millard School. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within their designated region.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors daily, using ladders to dust and wash walls, ceilings, and light fixtures as needed. Additionally, you will move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas and remove stains from rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.

You will also empty trash, clean and stock restrooms, follow established safety regulations when using equipment and supplies, inspect storage rooms, utility, and janitorial closet for upkeep and supply control, requisition all supplies and equipment, and maintain adequate inventory levels to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, prioritize work-related responsibilities, and exhibit professional and courteous behavior when interacting with staff and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, be self-motivated, have good communication skills, ability to stay on schedule, problem-solving analysis skills, results-driven, and able to work as a team. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $35,000 per year.
