- Analyze failures to determine root causes and recommend design or process modifications.
- Create detailed work instructions and manufacturing documentation to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in thermomechanical processing.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving positive outcomes.
