Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bistro Attendant to join our team. As a Bistro Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. You'll need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bistro/bar area
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the PM bistro daily
• Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests
• Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control
• Be the master of the bistro, understanding the details to enhance the conversation
• Prepare food orders as needed
• Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality

Qualifications

Prior bartending experience is preferred but not required. You must be available nights and weekends.
