Pallet Sorting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pallet Sorting Specialist to join our team at CHEP, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have experience in inventory management and a strong work ethic, this position could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize pallets as they are moved from loading docks to the sort line/area
  • Remove debris and trash from pallets to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Determine which pallets require repairs or maintenance to prevent damage and ensure quality control
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an industrial or warehouse environment, preferably in inventory management or logistics
  • Ability to complete tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and management

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands
  • Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 75 pounds as needed
