As our
Financial Compliance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our financial statements and disclosures are precise, timely, and fully compliant with
SEC regulations.

You will significantly contribute to our finance team, promoting transparency and reliability in our financial communications.

- Collaborate closely with the Lead Senior Manager of
SEC reporting and technical accounting.

- Prepare the Company's periodic
SEC filings, including 10Qs, 10Ks, and assist with proxy statements; provide disclosure benchmarking.

- Assist in the finalization of the earnings release, web schedules, and conference call scripts.

- Ensure consistency between the tie-out of the 10-Q/10-K with both earnings release and audit committee materials.

- Calculate EPS and prepare the statement of shareholders' equity, including weighted-average shares outstanding.

- Review and comprehend the preparation of the Statement of Cash Flows.

- Ensure adherence to SOX controls and update SOX narratives.


- Aid in drafting and maintaining quarterly and annual accounting memos, such as going concern, impairment assessments, and related party information.

- Record or review stock compensation expense entries, flux analysis, and reconciliations.

- Record or review entries related to share repurchases and RSU releases.

- Analyze large volumes of stock awards or transactions and summarize findings (Excel).

- Prepare and/or review quarterly PRSU multipliers.

- Engage in global mandatory sustainability reporting, and new FASB and
SEC standards to ensure accurate reporting.

- Understand the implications of acquisitions and divestitures for
SEC reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA.

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including multi-national and public company
SEC reporting experience.

- Big 4 experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Fundamental knowledge of US GAAP and
SEC reporting regulations.

- Familiarity with global sustainability reporting is beneficial.

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership over outcomes and public-facing information; self-starter.

- Ability to understand the needs of internal stakeholders, articulate issues clearly, and present findings effectively.

- Proficient in advanced Excel and/or Google spreadsheet skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to delve into details and perform necessary analysis.

- Team-oriented with emotional intelligence in all interactions.

- Experience with Oracle, DOMO, and/or Workiva is a plus.
