At Loma Linda University Medical Center, we are seeking a talented and experienced Director-Laboratory to lead our Clinical Laboratory division. This is a full-time position working day shifts.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, based on industry standards and the location of the medical center.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, along with six years of relevant experience in high complexity clinical laboratory settings. A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Medical Director and senior Laboratory management to formulate goals and priorities
  • Assign responsibilities and establish timelines for the Laboratory division
  • Perform other duties as needed
