About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for adult patients.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our mental health services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Fully licensed in Maryland or within the Maryland licensing process, BC or BE within 3 years of completing residency, and unencumbered DEA.
  • Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
