Counterintelligence Threat Intelligence Specialist

Amentum is seeking highly skilled Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts to join their team.
About the RoleAs a CI Analyst, you will be responsible for providing mid-level analytic expertise to the DCSA CI Analysis Division (AD).
You will identify, assess, and disrupt threats to cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA.
- Facilitate USG responses to adversary action by sharing threat indicators and enabling responsive measures from other agencies and services.
- Enable the development and operationalization of enterprise security risk management methodology across Government and industry stakeholders.
- Produce IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
Your analysis will comprise regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.
You will provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA's CI programs, functions, and mission activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical research that establishes/refutes Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) threat to U.S. technologies, information, and supply chains impacting cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA.
- Responsible for processing, updating, and tracking cases, actions, products, and reviews in the identified system of record and other databases.
- Conduct CI analysis to identify and assess FIE threats.
- Research, synthesize, exploit, evaluate, and analyze all-source reporting on FIE targeting USG critical technologies, programs, information, and supply chains.
You will work with teams and independently, and some locations may require local travel within the U.S.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active TS-SCI Clearance required.
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Ability to apply data analysis, trend analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as a good command of the English language.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
