About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Office Assistant to join our team at Personnel Staffers in McMurray. As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our insurance producers.

This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a competitive salary of up to $23 per hour, with opportunities for commission-based income if you hold a valid insurance license. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to insurance producers, including quoting and binding commercial lines policies
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and other service-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives

Requirements:
- Valid PA Insurance License (Property and Casualty lines) or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a multi-task environment and prioritize tasks effectively
