CDR Companies is seeking a part-time/per diem Massage Therapist to join our team in the state of Florida. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and administering massage therapy treatments based on individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address joint quality and function, muscle tension, and overall well-being.
  • Administer massage therapy treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and other modalities as needed.
  • Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to improve posture and overall health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including client progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Massage Therapy License (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of two (2) + years relevant work experience (preferred).
  • Flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Attentive to detail and highly motivated to succeed.
