About the Role

RPM Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for providing financial modeling and analysis support to our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling for existing and future multifamily properties
  • Conduct research and analyze data from industry sources and internal/external benchmarks
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to analyze assets of interest and provide recommendations
  • Lead by example and mentor junior analysts to ensure high-quality work
  • Work closely with the Director of Analysis on additional projects to benefit the team
  • Assist in the due diligence review process and create marketing materials for potential management assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Management of Finance or a related field
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate analysis experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and property management specific operating systems
  • Prior experience evaluating, modeling, and underwriting multi-family investments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report financial analyses in concise written and verbal formats
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and relate effectively with other Associates, owners, and clients
  • Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week and adapt to changing business needs
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week. The office is an open setting, which may include bright lights, constant noises, and distractions.
