About the Role

Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced and highly skilled psychiatrist to join our team as a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic clinical team of psychiatrists, clinical health psychologists, and neuropsychologists in a patient-focused and highly professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat psychiatric disorders in outpatients with complex medical conditions
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in consultation-liaison psychiatry
  • Engage in clinical research and contribute to the development of evidence-based treatments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements
  • Board-certification in Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Experience in consultation-liaison psychiatry or addiction psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
