About the Role

TransUnion LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Technology FP&A consolidation and analysis function for the International segment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the monthly close/forecasting processes, aggregating inputs from our 7 international regions, and producing executive-level reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Technology FP&A consolidation and analysis function for the International segment
  • Manage the monthly close/forecasting processes and aggregate inputs from 7 international regions
  • Produce executive-level reports and analysis, including monthly CEO business reviews, quarterly earnings, and quarterly Board meetings
  • Build out reporting and analysis for other enablement functions, including business partnering, budget management, and monthly reporting
  • Support the VP of FP&A and the SVP/CIO in creating new or ad-hoc analyses and reporting
Requirements
  • Demonstrated history of achievement in high-visibility, high-impact roles
  • 7+ years of direct experience in FP&A
  • Demonstrated success in managing direct reports and/or influencing others without formal authority
  • Power user with typical financial software packages, including Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools
  • Natural communicator with strong writing skills and ability to effectively make formal and informal presentations to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage details without losing sight of the big picture
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Develop new processes and reporting to advance the consolidation function with a focus on high-impact reporting and efficiencies
  • Improve forecasting and reporting processes in support of the Enablement functions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of more junior associates
