We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Enid, Oklahoma. As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatrics department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our young patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric care practices and technologies.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in pediatric nursing.
- Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
