Purpose

As a Driver-Class A CDL Delivery professional, you will be responsible for safely operating delivery vehicles and/or truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. You will adhere to driver safety and compliance regulations, ensure timely and damage-free deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and secure products, materials, or supplies inside delivery vehicles.
  • Deliver customer orders to specified sites, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Verify order details and maintain logs of delivery duties, including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage, and locations of deliveries.
  • Act as a customer service liaison between the company and site customers, handling concerns and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles, performing routine safety checks to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 21+ years old.
  • Valid driver's license and Class A CDL license.
  • Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience.
  • 2 years of CDL driving experience strongly preferred.

Work is performed within a production environment, subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, increased noise levels, and dust. Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds frequently and on occasion may be required to lift and carry, with assistance, up to 200 pounds.
