Ochsner Health, a leading medical institution in New Orleans, Louisiana, seeks an Electrophysiology Specialist to join its academic medicine team.

As part of our Cardiology Department, this role will involve direct patient care, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as participating in clinical research programs. We currently have an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) Electrophysiologist.

Our Department of Cardiology is comprised of 71 cardiologists who are members of the Ochsner Health Systems John Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute, practicing at various community locations and our academic medical center in New Orleans.

We have a growing advanced EP program, adding a seventh adult electrophysiologist at our main campus in New Orleans. Our ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Electrophysiology training programs offer opportunities to engage in research, teach, and mentor students, residents, and fellows.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values academic excellence, patient care, and innovation. CVs will be reviewed by Sammy Khatib, M.D.

Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum
