Ryder System, a leading logistics company, is seeking an experienced Logistics Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This role will be based in Elwood, IL, and will play a crucial part in the Supply Chain Solutions division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience working in a distribution warehouse environment. Microsoft Systems and Synapse integration knowledge would be highly beneficial. The selected individual will be responsible for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, and other items required for warehousing and distribution of customer products.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, employees, peers, and management. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills are essential for this position.

The Logistics Inventory Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Logistics Manager and will oversee daily operations, including cycle counts and inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle programs. They will also provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues and office support to I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$62,000 per year, paid twice a month. Additionally, Ryder provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance options, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
