Job Summary

The Manager, Workday Integration is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the integration development for the Workday Student implementation. This position leads a team of software engineers and performs a range of managerial duties, including interviewing, hiring, terminations, salary adjustments, mentoring, coaching, performance review, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day development activities and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Lead a team of software engineers and provide consistent and clear written and verbal communications.
  • Monitor individual and team progress, and proactively address schedule issues as necessary.
  • Develop and implement technical integrations from beginning to end.
  • Ensure documentation standards and procedures are implemented for all team responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of professional experience supporting the operations, maintenance, and administration of information technology infrastructure.
  • At least two (2) years of technical team and personnel management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday's Integration Framework.
  • Experience developing technical integrations from beginning to end.
  • Experience with ETL and/or Report development platforms.
