About the Role
The Infusion Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care. This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, a BSN degree, and a strong understanding of infusion therapy.

Responsibilities
• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
• Prepare and administer therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Stay up-to-date with current research, evidence-based practices, and industry trends.
