Skilled Tradesman

Millian-Aire Enterprises, a BGIS Company, is looking for a skilled Tradesman to join our team as a Mobile Equipment Specialist. This role involves performing general repairs and small service projects from a service vehicle, troubleshooting and diagnosing various appliances and building elements, conducting minor HVAC and plumbing services, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and adherence to safety procedures.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform general repairs and small service projects from a service vehicle.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose various appliances and building elements.
• Minor Services: Conduct minor HVAC and plumbing services.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.

• Technical Skills: Skilled in using power tools and supporting equipment.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read blueprints and manage expenses.
• Trade Experience: Experience in general repairs in the commercial market.
• Education: Secondary school diploma or GED required, trade school preferred.

• Competitive Salary: Estimated salary range: $28-$32 per hour.
