We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and assisting with cart retrieval and restocking.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including the parking lot, cart corrals, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with cart retrieval and restocking, ensuring that carts are available and easily accessible for members.
• Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
