Clinical Director

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical programs, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical programs that align with the organization's mission and values.
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision as needed.
- Collaborate with the Center Director to ensure effective communication and coordination between clinical and administrative teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of client services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform clinical program development and implementation.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- 8 hours of supervision course approved by the BACB.
- Previous experience supervising BCBAs and leading clinical teams.
- Licensure to practice ABA in the State of Maryland (LBA).
- BLS/CPR certification including pediatric BLS/CPR.
