**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Seaford Center in Seaford, DE. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

**Responsibilities**

* Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
* Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
* Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
* Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
* CPR certification required
