About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team and make important decisions regarding the operation of the center
  • Engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs
  • Handle a client caseload of 3 patients and provide 15+ treatment hours per week
  • Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate and problem solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values
  • Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients
Requirements
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with at least 3 years of experience after BCBA certification
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
