About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Homecare Branch in Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and payor sources
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability
  • Manage operating expenses to maximize contribution and develop and execute the branch's annual business plan
Requirements
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or related setting
  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a healthcare or related setting (preferred)
  • Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
  • Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues
  • Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs
