RN Fellowship Opportunity in NICU

Providence Swedish is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to join our NICU Fellowship program. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured curriculum and simulation training to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Work closely with preceptors to gain hands-on experience in the NICU
- Develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
