About the Opportunity

Providence Swedish is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to join our NICU Fellowship program. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured curriculum and simulation training to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Work closely with preceptors to gain hands-on experience in the NICU
  • Develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
