Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Dry Ridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the complimentary breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, restocking supplies and resetting tables as needed.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to hotel standards and regulations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handlers card required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 45 pounds. The work environment is indoors, with good ventilation.
