Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Veeva QMS Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in the architectural design, configuration, and implementation of Veeva QMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure the Veeva QMS to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring the system architecture aligns with business processes and IT infrastructure. Optimize Veeva QMS settings for performance and scalability. Analyze RFPs to understand client needs and technical requirements, developing comprehensive technical approaches and solution proposals. Plan and oversee the migration of QMS data from TrackWise to Veeva QMS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during the migration process. Lead large-scale Veeva QMS implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Train and support users in adopting new QMS solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Management System implementations, with at least 3 years focused on Veeva QMS. Proven track record of successful Veeva QMS implementations and data migrations. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to QMS in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Veeva and Track wise would be preferable.
