The estimated annual salary for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 based on skill, experience, certification, and tenure of your profession. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching plan, two weeks' vacation, holiday pay, malpractice insurance paid, and an excellent upside bonus structure based on productivity.

About the Position
The Physician Assistant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with psychiatric-mental health conditions. The role requires strong assessment and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with psychiatric-mental health conditions.
* Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations, including physical examinations, medical histories, and psychological assessments.
* Prescribe and manage medications as needed, including renewal and refill requests.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.

Qualifications
* Must be a licensed Physician Assistant in the State of California.
* Must have at least two years' experience in a Behavioral Health setting or demonstrated equivalent experience.
* Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Work Environment
The position is located in a busy outpatient clinic with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
