About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can create an environment where customers feel valued and supported. As a Dream Sleep Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical product knowledge, serving as a subject matter expert, and driving individual sales performance while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives. You will also maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring seamless delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect sleep solution
• Drive individual sales performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs, while upholding company values and supporting initiatives
• Maintain awareness of the competition and leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
