Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Emporia. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in our hotel.

About the Role:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties in guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
  • Restock carts with room supplies and replenish guest room amenities.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Participate in deep cleaning activities, including changing air filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint on walls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
