About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Child Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children and families affected by autism, providing individualized ABA therapy in their natural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, focusing on skills development and behavior improvement.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet) for remote work.
  • At least 3 weekdays with same availability.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.
What We Offer
  • $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.
  • In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Drive-time pay between sessions.
  • Tuition Assistance.
  • Supervision towards BCBA credential available.
