Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at BrightStar Care of W. Montgomery Co. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Recruit, interview, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers.
  • Coordinate rescheduling and address shift vacancies to ensure effective scheduling and minimize unbilled overtime.
  • Manage customer care procedures and serve as the point of contact for client/caregiver relations.
  • Ensure caregiver compliance with time and availability software.

Pay and Benefits:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including weekly pay with direct deposit, flexible schedule, paid time off, and shift backfill bonus.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, and training experience within the home care or healthcare industry (preferred).
  • 3+ years CNA/HHA experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong oratory and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service, problem-solve, and tactfully handle difficult situations.
