- Demonstrated knowledge across multiple content areas, particularly in mathematics, literacy, and writing.

- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and application to ensure effective instructional and intervention strategies.
- Experience utilizing formative and benchmark assessment data to inform instructional decisions aimed at enhancing student achievement.
- Preferred: Master's Degree or National Board Certification.
- Salary is based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the local teachers' federation, which includes differentiated compensation for hard-to-fill roles. The complete salary schedule and list of hard-to-fill positions are accessible on the district's website.
- New teachers may request a salary advance to assist with relocation or other expenses.
- The district covers 100% of teacher contributions to the Teacher Retirement System and provides full health, dental, and life insurance coverage for employees.
- Additional compensation opportunities are available throughout the academic year and summer, including stipends and extra duty pay.
- An annual stipend of $1,500 is offered for teachers holding national board certification.
- New hires in full-time positions may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
