As a key member of our team, the Safety-Driven Delivery Driver will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products to customers. This position requires a strong focus on safety, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and pick up goods to and from construction sites, prioritizing safety above all else.
- Operate forklifts to unload building materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Record keeping of activities, cargo deliveries, and hour logging, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Complete the driver vehicle inspection report and inform management of any mechanical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Non-DOT driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, as well as a thorough background check.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics systems and procedures.
