Requirements
  • Valid ServSafe Certificate.
  • McDonald's Shift Leadership Class completion.
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
